Walko Homes, Inc was established in 1997 to provide services to the new construction area and build residential homes in Midland. Patti has been actively involved in all stages of construction from blue-print design to the final "dream" home and has built unique model homes in our community.

Patti also serves as a realtor with Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors and assists her clients with small remodeling projects from household updates to finishing basements after they have purchased an existing home. Providing great customer service for any project - small or large, paying close attention to details, using quality products and good workmanship is top priority.
